What we collect

• Contact details you give us: your name, phone number, email address and WhatsApp number.
• Home details you share to get a quote or a visit: your area, property type, address and what you tell us about your water.
• Service records: the systems we install, service visits, payments and warranty information.
• Information from our ads: if you respond to one of our Facebook or Instagram ads or submit a lead form, Meta passes us the details you chose to share in that form.
• Basic website data: standard technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit.

How we use it

• To reply to you, book home visits, prepare quotes and install your system.
• To schedule service visits, send reminders and handle warranty claims and complaints.
• To send you offers or updates about your system. You can ask us to stop at any time.
• To keep accounting, tax and legal records as required by UAE law.
• To measure and improve our advertising, including on Meta platforms.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with people who help us serve you, such as our installation team, payment providers and messaging services (WhatsApp, email), and with authorities when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep customer records for as long as you have a system with us and for the period required by UAE law afterwards. Enquiries that do not lead to a sale are kept for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or stop receiving messages from us, by writing to [email protected] or messaging +971 50 718 3290 on WhatsApp. We will reply within 30 days.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
