Terms of service

These terms apply to the products and services of AQUA Tru, a brand of Saqib Altaf Building Material Trading L.L.C (Dubai DET Trade Licence No. 1332688), Office M2-37, BN Complex, Parcel 123-4413, Al Muteena, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Home visits and quotes

Home visits are free and without obligation. Quotes are given in writing, show the full price and state how long they are valid. Prices are in UAE dirhams.

Orders and installation

Your order is confirmed when you accept the written quote or sign the sales contract. We install the day after you confirm, or on a date agreed with you. Our own team carries out the installation and tests the system before leaving.

Payment

Payment terms, including any advance, are written in your quote or contract. We accept cash, card and bank transfer.

Warranty

Every system comes with a 5-year manufacturer warranty. The warranty does not cover damage caused by acts of God or human error, including misuse, unauthorised repairs or changes to the system.

Filter cartridges, filter media and shower filters are consumables. They wear out with use and are replaced, so the warranty does not cover them. The shower filter media lasts about 2 months.

Service and maintenance

Service is included free for the first year, with a visit every 4 months. After that, maintenance is available as a one-off filter service or an annual maintenance plan, as written in your contract.

Complaints

Contact us on WhatsApp at any time or call 9 am to 6 pm. We aim to resolve any complaint within 48 hours.

Results

Water quality varies from home to home. The results described on this website are typical of a correctly sized and maintained system and are not a guarantee for every property.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
