Every summer we hear the same thing: “The cold tap runs hot.” In many UAE villas, water sits in a tank on the roof or in the sun all day, and by afternoon it is too warm for a comfortable shower.

Why your water gets so hot

Roof and ground tanks absorb heat from the sun and the air. The pipes running across the roof heat up too. By the time the water reaches your shower, even the “cold” side can feel hot.

What a water chiller does

A water chiller cools the water in your tank, a bit like an air conditioner for water. It is installed next to the tank and keeps the water at a comfortable temperature, so the cold tap is actually cold.

2 Ton or 3 Ton?

The 2 Ton chiller suits most villas and townhouses. The 3 Ton chiller is for larger villas, bigger tanks or homes with many bathrooms. We size it on the free home visit, based on your tank and how many people live there.
